We refurbished both bathrooms in a minimal style to make sure they catered to everyone’s tastes, and we updated the kitchen, integrating the laundry room to maximise the natural light coming through.

All the doors in the house were replaced and the original wardrobes and windows were painted. This brought a brighter feel to the spaces that is able to balance out the wooden carpentry throughout the home. We also sanded and varnished the original parquet flooring around the house.

Mariela trusted our vision regarding the lay-out and the choice of materials to make sure the outcome would cater to any type of tenant.
